If you are getting calls about a dryer not drying from your tenants, most likely it is a dryer vent occlusion issue.


  • We can contact directly and set up a appointment. We will work with their schedule.
  • We will contact you to let you know what was discused and what desicion was made.
  • If payment is to be made by the tenant, then you will receive a copy of the work done.
  • If payment is to be made by you, you will recieve a invoice by mail or email. You can send a payment or pay online.


Realtor's


Realtor's, if you need a service that we provide, we make a point to meet your timed deadline.  We understand that there is always a deadline to meet.  We have worked with many realtor's and we understand that each job is different.


We can provide for your customer or leanding officer a 

  • In depth inspection report. Before and after photos.
  • We try to have the job done 2 days after the initial phone call.
  • We will work with the customer to schedule the most optimum for them.


Commercial Laundromats


For laundromats we offer simple exhaust cleaning to a complete system cleaning.  We offer a "no contract" maintenance program that will fit your needs. It can be a yearly cleaning to a every other year cleaning. We will discuss what your needs are and we will accommodate them.


Day spa's


One of the biggest challenges in running a day spa is keeping your washer and dryer working properly. Spa's have to wash and dry multiple times a day.  This is very hard on the dryer.  It is very important that the dryer exhaust system is clean and free of lint.  We work with multiple spa's and we understand the importance of keeping the dryer working.  The last thing you need is a dryer that does not dry.  We will work with each facility to create a plan of action that will keep your business and your dyer running smooth.
